Conveniently located with the Gondola Lift nearby, making it super easy to hop on and hit the slopes 🚡.

Excellent location, just few minutes from the ski lifts, very helpful staff (even they speak not much English ). Breakfast also can be diversified as was the same every day. But for the money we paid was also acceptable.

The girls at the reception, they are always so smiling, polite and helpful. Also the location is very good, close to the center and the main lift station. We were traveling with our dog and there wasn't any extra fee for that. It's an excellent value for money and I definitely plan to stay there again.

This property is wonderful and conveniently situated close to the ski lift and restaurants in the city center.

It is very close to the gondola station (3 mins walking) and there is no extra charge for the parking lot (the parking lot is open, not behind gates). It was a standard 3 star hotel room, clean enough.

Breakfast came with an extra (small) charge. The jacuzzi didn't work properly (the water temperature couldn't get high enough) and the staff wasn't helpful in that regard.

It's reasonably priced place for skiing!!!

The king room is warm with balcony, fresh towels, as example.

The staff is very welcoming. the location is marvelous, not very far from Gondola Lift. - the area is pretty nice next to the gondola and the middle of town, with restaurants and local amenities. - They serve delightful food with lots of options to choose from.

Comfy, well-equipped unit with balcony, and AMICABLE staff. Excellent and stunning location not very far from Mall Bansko. Good restaurant a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is in walking distance from the Gondola. The hotel staff was really nice and friendly as well. The room has everything you need.

We included breakfast in our stay. That was a mistake, as the food was very poor quality. The breakfast was everyday the same, and everything looked the cheapest products that they could buy. I wouldn't recommend it and it is for sure not value for money. The breakfast is served in the restaurant next to the hotel which has the sigh no smoking but couple of times we found somebody smoking in side, including the staff and the last time whole table with 7-8 people smoking heavily in the morning, I had all my ski clothes stinking afterwards.

Very helpful staff. Spotlessly clean room. Good quality bathroom with plenty of hot water. Fresh towels everyday. Exceptionally good value for money.

Hotel Dumanov provides excellent value for families looking for a fun and memorable vacation.

My wife says that it would be great if Hotel Dumanov had a dedicated play area for children.

The location, staff, and room maintenance were excellent. The sauna and jacuzzi were great. The restaurant had delicious food at affordable prices.

Nothing could have been better. .
